제1조 (개요)
본 방침은 MatchingGo 서비스 이용 시 개인정보 처리에 관한 사항을 안내합니다.
제2조 (수집 항목)
회원가입: 이름, 이메일, 휴대폰 번호(알림톡·본인 연락), 암호화된 비밀번호(또는 Google·Facebook·Kakao·Naver 등 소셜 로그인 식별자). 프로필: 자기소개, 역할(브랜드/크리에이터), 캠페인·패키지 정보. 결제: Stripe를 통한 결제 메타데이터(카드 전체 번호는 당사가 저장하지 않음). 자동: IP, 기기 정보, 이용 기록, 쿠키.
제3조 (SNS·채널 연동 — 통합)
크리에이터는 YouTube(Google OAuth), Instagram(Meta OAuth), TikTok(Login Kit), 네이버 블로그(URL·RSS) 중 하나 이상을 선택·연동하거나, @계정명·채널 URL을 수동 입력할 수 있습니다. OAuth 연동 시 각 플랫폼이 승인한 범위(scope) 내 공개 프로필·채널 정보만 수집합니다. 예: TikTok user.info.basic(open_id, display name, avatar, username), YouTube 채널 식별·구독자, Instagram 비즈니스 프로필·팔로워, 네이버 블로그 공개 RSS. MatchingGo는 이용자 대신 SNS에 게시·DM·팔로우 등 어떠한 행동도 하지 않습니다. 수집 정보는 (1) 계정 소유 확인, (2) 매칭·협업 제안, (3) 에스크로·납품 검수(GuardDog) 보조 목적으로만 사용합니다.
제4조 (이용 목적)
매칭·협업 제안, 에스크로·정산, 고객지원, 알림톡·이메일 안내, 부정 이용 방지, 서비스 개선, 법령 준수.
제5조 (제3자·처리 위탁)
Stripe(결제), Google Firebase(인증·DB·OAuth 토큰 저장), Google AI(매칭·지원 보조), Brevo(선택적 이메일 알림). OAuth 연동 시 Google·Meta·TikTok·네이버 각 플랫폼 정책도 적용됩니다. 개인정보를 판매하지 않으며, 동의 없이 제3자에 제공하지 않습니다.
제6조 (보관·파기·국제 이전)
데이터는 미국·캐나다 등 클라우드 리전(Firebase)에 저장될 수 있습니다. 계정 삭제 요청 시 식별 가능 정보는 합리적 기간 내 파기합니다. 법령상 보관이 필요한 결제·분쟁 기록은 해당 기간만 보관합니다.
제7조 (이용자 권리·연동 해제)
열람·정정·삭제·처리 제한은 support@matchinggo.com 또는 앱 내 문의로 요청할 수 있습니다. SNS 연동은 앱 설정에서 해제할 수 있으며, 해제 시 해당 OAuth 토큰은 삭제를 목표로 합니다.
제8조 (쿠키)
세션·PWA·보안을 위해 필수 쿠키·로컬 저장소를 사용합니다.
제9조 (방침 변경)
중대한 변경 시 시행 7일 전 앱 공지 또는 이메일로 안내합니다.

1. Overview
This Policy explains how we handle personal data when you use MatchingGo.
2. What we collect
Registration: name, email, mobile number (Alimtalk and contact), encrypted password (or social login IDs via Google, Facebook, Kakao, Naver). Profile: bio, role, campaign and package data. Payments: metadata via Stripe (we do not store full card numbers). Automatic: IP, device info, usage logs, cookies.
3. SNS & channel linking (unified)
Creators may link YouTube (Google OAuth), Instagram (Meta OAuth), TikTok (Login Kit), or Naver Blog (URL/RSS), or enter @handles and channel URLs manually. With OAuth, we collect only data within each platform's authorized scopes—for example TikTok user.info.basic (open_id, display name, avatar, username), YouTube channel ID and subscribers, Instagram business profile and followers, and public Naver Blog RSS. MatchingGo never posts, messages, or acts on SNS on your behalf. We use this data only to (1) verify ownership, (2) power matching and collaboration proposals, and (3) assist escrow delivery checks (GuardDog).
4. Purposes
Matching, collaboration proposals, escrow and payouts, support, Alimtalk and email notices, fraud prevention, service improvement, and legal compliance.
5. Third parties & subprocessors
Stripe (payments), Google Firebase (auth, database, OAuth token storage), Google AI (matching and support assist), Brevo (optional email). OAuth platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, Naver) also apply their own policies. We do not sell personal data or share it without consent.
6. Retention, deletion & international transfer
Data may be stored in US/Canada cloud regions (Firebase). On account deletion, identifiable data is targeted for removal within a reasonable period. Records required by law for payments or disputes are kept only as long as required.
7. Your rights & disconnecting SNS
Request access, correction, deletion, or restriction via support@matchinggo.com or in-app contact. You may disconnect SNS in app settings; we aim to delete related OAuth tokens on disconnect.
8. Cookies
Essential cookies and local storage for sessions, PWA, and security.
9. Policy changes
Material changes will be announced at least 7 days before they take effect.
